Busbars are an efficient, reliable, and compact solution for the connection and distribution of high electrical power. They are metallic conductors, typically made of brass or copper, designed to carry high currents with low losses while ensuring high levels of safety and operational reliability.
Thanks to their appropriately designed geometry and cross-section, they can support currents of up to several thousand amperes, maintaining stable thermal and mechanical conditions even in high-stress applications.
A further added value is customization: >BROXING< busbars can be designed and manufactured to measure, adapting to specific geometries, dimensional constraints, and available space. This design flexibility enables optimal integration within the system, reducing bulk, simplifying connections, and ensuring electrical and mechanical performance aligned with application requirements.
In addition, our solutions can also be intended for soldering applications (SMT technology), making them suitable for direct integration onto printed circuit boards, and can be further enhanced with Press-Fit contact assembly, enabling reliable connections and increasing the overall robustness of the assembly.
