We design, manufacture, and supply assembled printed circuit boards, including the integration of PCBs with electronic components mounted in accordance with agreed technical specifications. The service covers the entire assembly process, from the management of bare boards to component integration, up to the delivery of fully assembled circuits ready for installation and integration into the final product. This approach reduces the number of downstream processing steps required by the customer.
Equipment
When the assembly of contacts onto the printed circuit board is carried out at the customer’s site, we provide dedicated technical support during the design and industrialization phases. In particular, we assist in the design and production of inserts and support plates required to ensure correct, stable, and repeatable contact assembly on the PCB, in compliance with the mechanical and electrical requirements of the application.
