SMD PowerClamps

— Overview

SMT soldering technology involves applying a solder paste composed of tin and flux onto the PCB/IMS.

The key strengths of >BROXING< SMD connections are:

Degassing channels: they counteract the formation of voids (gas) and, by filling with solder, improve adhesion between the contact and the circuit.
Lateral knurling: solder rises by capillary action, increasing torque (breaking point).
Optional pins can be added to increase resistance to vibrations.
