Quality
Quality in Everything We Do
Quality is a fundamental principle that guides every activity within our company. It is not merely a goal to be achieved, but a daily commitment to our customers, embedded in all our processes – from design and production to after-sales support.
We operate in accordance with a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, adopting a structured approach focused on the continuous improvement of our business processes.
Quality Control
Quality Control is an integral part of our production and operational processes. Through monitoring, verification, and analysis activities, we ensure that products and processes comply with technical and regulatory requirements, as well as with the specifications agreed upon with the customer. The Quality Laboratory operates with appropriate equipment and qualified personnel, carrying out systematic inspections throughout all operational phases. Testing and verification activities help prevent non-conformities, ensure consistent performance, and support continuous improvement. The following tests are performed within the laboratory, defined according to the characteristics of the product.
Dimensional Inspections
Dimensional inspections are carried out using a wide range of measuring instruments, enabling verification that components meet the required tolerances and design specifications.

Metallographic inspections
Metallographic inspections are carried out using an X-ray spectrophotometer, enabling accurate and non-destructive analysis of the materials used. In a first phase, the weighted composition of the elements present in the alloys used as raw materials is verified, ensuring compliance with the required chemical and quality specifications. Subsequently, the same instrument is used to inspect the thickness of galvanic coatings applied to our contacts, with measurements achieving a precision of up to one hundredth of a micron.

Solderability Tests
Solderability tests are performed on our contacts to ensure maximum quality and performance during assembly operations. These tests allow us to verify the proper behaviour of materials and coatings during soldering processes, ensuring reliable joints and consistent long-term performance. The tests are carried out using a molten tin crucible, which simulates real soldering conditions and enables evaluation of adhesion, wettability, and overall contact quality. These inspections help prevent production issues and ensure high quality standards in the final product.
Validation Tests
Additional validation tests are carried out primarily to verify contacts resulting from new design activities. These tests ensure that the developed solutions meet the required functional, mechanical, and electrical specifications before being released into production.
Validation activities include:
- Verification of thread breakaway torque → torque wrenches
- Verification of resistance to forces expected during operation and assembly → dynamometer
- Analysis of the thermal behaviour of contacts in relation to current flow → infrared thermal camera
